1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the WealthCube website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services Provided
WealthCube is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-88200) providing:
- Mutual fund distribution services
- Investment advisory and guidance
- Financial planning assistance
- Portfolio review services
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for KYC compliance
- Read all scheme-related documents before investing
- Understand the risks involved in mutual fund investments
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us of any changes in your personal or financial information
4. Investment Risks
You acknowledge that:
- All mutual fund investments are subject to market risks
- Past performance does not guarantee future returns
- The value of investments can go up or down
- You may not recover the full amount invested
5. Commission Disclosure
WealthCube deals in Regular Plans only and earns trailing commission on client investments. Full disclosure of commission structure is provided at the time of investment. Direct plan options with lower expense ratios are available through other channels.
6. KYC Compliance
All clients must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities as per SEBI/AMFI regulations before making any investments. Incomplete or false information may result in rejection of applications.
7. Transaction Processing
Transactions are processed as per the cut-off times specified by respective AMCs. WealthCube is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing, technical issues, or force majeure events.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal and financial information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. We may share your data with AMCs, RTAs, and regulatory authorities as required for processing investments.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WealthCube and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
WealthCube shall not be liable for:
- Investment losses due to market fluctuations
- Delays in transaction processing by third parties
- Technical failures or website downtime
- Decisions made based on information provided on the website

12. Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
14. Changes to Terms
WealthCube reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
